We are firm believers in helping others. The Bible encourages us not to get weary in well-doing, for in due season, we will reap if we faint not (Galatians 6:9). Project REAP is our way of giving back to the community. Our Residential Energy Assistance Program is designed to help those in the Sulligent community that are in risk of termination of electric, gas, and water services. MINISTRIES
Puppet Ministry
​
​
The Puppet Ministry is available for any youth program. Children love the excitement and interaction the puppets provide. The ministry has won several first place awards, participated in the local Christmas parade, and other exciting programs. Contact us if you are interested in having this ministry at your event.
Music Ministry
​
​
Music is an important part of our services. The praise team sets the atmosphere for worship and praise, while the adult choir prepares the congregation to receive the Word of God by our pastor. Our musicians are willing to give God their talents.
Women's Department
​
​
Their goal is to support the mission of the church...bringing people to Jesus. This department also visits the sick and shut-in and provides something to help make their lives more pleasant. They also have monthly events that share knowledge amongst the congregation.
Youth Department
​
​
Made up of the Sunshine Band and Purity, this youth department has a desire to please God and experience all what the Church of God in Christ has to offer. This is done at state and national AIM conventions.
